Job summary

Catch Creation, LLC is hiring a remote customer support specialist to handle inbound emails and calls for after-sales inquiries, order tracking, billing questions, and refunds. You will escalate when needed and ensure high first-contact resolution while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of BPO or e-commerce support experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate multiple systems.

• 2+ years in BPO or e-commerce support preferred.
• Strong comprehension and communication skills.
• Above-average technical skills and ability to multi-task across systems.
• Reliable and accountable with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound emails to assist and resolve after-sales concerns (inquiries, tracking, billing, refunds).
• Process orders for customers with existing records.
• Escalate orders needing higher-level/interdepartmental help.
• Perform call-backs to resolve abandoned/disconnected calls with at least 90% resolution.
