OranjeBor Energie BV is seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Representative for a remote role in the United States. You will handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain client relationships while also managing accounts receivable and collections from delinquent clients.

Candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in customer support, and comfort with customer support software. Financial familiarity is a plus.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer support or related field is desirable.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to convey complex information.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and practices is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat and provide accurate information.
• Troubleshoot product or service issues and guide customers to resolution.
• Resolve complaints promptly; escalate when needed to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address inquiries.
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable, invoicing, and collections from delinquent clients.
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve billing discrepancies and maintain client relationships.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; coordinate with sales and product teams to address needs.
