Job summary

SURGO is seeking a Dutch-speaking Sales Support professional to join our remote team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls to Dutch customers, upsell offerings, and maintain strong relationships to drive retention and revenue.

This fully work-from-home role requires a strong Dutch command, familiarity with Windows/Outlook, and excellent communication. You will operate in a fast-paced setting with performance targets and a lucrative commission plan.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (spoken & written at C1/C2 level).
• Proficiency with Windows PCs, Outlook, browsers and internet usage.
• Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Results-driven and target-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated, energetic and confident.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound & outbound sales calls to existing customers and upsell products.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships and tailor solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve goals.
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues and provide excellent service.
• Keep customer records updated and accurate.
