CAPS Group is seeking a customer service specialist to join our international team in a fully remote role. You will handle daily contact with customers via email and phone to coordinate maintenance services and ensure a smooth experience.

You will update internal records, collaborate with other departments, and work with subcontractors to deliver requested services. English plus Dutch or French are essential, and a proactive, organized, customer‑focused approach is valued.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar customer service position.
• Very good command of English and Dutch or French.
• Experience in the retail or maintenance industries is desirable.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong problem-solving, proactivity and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

Responsabilités

• Daily customer contact via email and phone.
• Processing customer orders for maintenance services.
• Updating customer data to ensure accuracy of internal records.
• Ensuring effective communication with internal departments.
• Cooperation with subcontractors to provide requested services.
• Handling issues and following the designated escalation path.
