• Ability to think quickly to resolve difficult issues under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls for delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate and execute payment arrangements per call flow.
• Resolve late-payment issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Explain consequences of overdue payments and offer financial options.
• Accurately record interactions, payment plans, and information in the database.
