Qualifications

• College/University degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
• Support business development through tradeshow events and partner onboarding.
• Train and onboard installation partners and distributors; assist with market programs.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering to grow demand and improve satisfaction.
• Maintain documentation and knowledgebase articles for external use.
