ASSA ABLOY seeks an Employee Development Specialist to support onboarding, development, and engagement initiatives. You will coordinate onboarding activities, partner with HR, IT and business leaders, and help drive a consistent, engaging employee experience across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years designing, coordinating, and delivering employee experience, learning and development.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder programs with timelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and employee development programs across the organization.
• Manage onboarding schedules, communications, checklists, resources, and milestones.
• Partner with managers, HR, IT, and leaders to ensure activities run on schedule.
• Maintain documentation and resources to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
• Track program participation and collect feedback for improvements.
