Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking agents to handle inbound customer calls regarding goods and services, with a focus on debit card inquiries and balances. This Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) role is work-at-home and open to residents in numerous US states, including Missouri.

Responsibilities include following scripts, identifying needs, researching solutions, and potential upselling. Requires basic computer skills, strong communication, and reliability. Training is paid.

Qualifications

• Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Quick learner and able to work independently.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Previous 3–6 months customer service or support experience preferred.
• Previous 3–6 months call center or office background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Access company and client resources to accurately handle the call.
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
• Skillfully switch between tasks without loss of efficiency.
• Be available at your desk, maintaining punctuality and attendance.
• Remain positive and professional in all customer interactions.
• Flexibility to cross-train as requested.
