Agfa HealthCare is seeking a Customer Support Analyst, Tier 1, to deliver remote technical assistance to customers and internal teams. The role emphasizes prompt, accurate issue resolution, documentation, and collaboration across engineering and field staff.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining SLA compliance, and continuing product training to stay current with AGFA solutions and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and/or Information Systems.
• 3 years of experience in technical customer support in a high-tech or healthcare IT environment.
• Strong networking, databases (Oracle), and operating systems knowledge.
• Experience with HL7 or DICOM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone and remote support to Agfa customers and internal teams.
• Use support software for call logging and tracking.
• Document solutions in the knowledge base for broad dissemination.
• Manage escalations to Level 2 and Development; serve as primary contact for higher support teams.
