Job summary

Agfa HealthCare, a division of the Agfa-Gevaert Group, seeks a Customer Support Analyst, Tier 1, to provide remote technical support for imaging IT solutions. You will log calls, document resolutions, and coordinate with Level 2 and Development teams to ensure timely resolutions.

Candidates should have a BS in CS/IS, healthcare IT experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced remote US environment with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and/or Information Systems or equivalent.
• Technical knowledge of IT infrastructure and Agfa products.
• 3 years in a technical customer support role, healthcare IT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote telephone and take remote access to assist customers.
• Log calls with support software and document resolutions.
• Escalate to Level 2 and Development as needed and ensure SLA adherence.
• Stay current with product versions and undergo product training.
• Occasional visits to customer sites as required.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective support.
