Job summary

Radicle Health is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to maintain satisfaction and retention across a pooled cohort of customers. You will deliver scalable engagements that empower customers to succeed independently.

You will serve as a product knowledge expert, resolve issues with cross-functional teams, handle renewals and upsell add-ons, and document activities in Salesforce and other CRM tools. This is a remote-friendly role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in client-facing or Customer Success roles.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or ChurnZero.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to solve problems and analyze data.
• Experience with task and project management.
• Familiarity with EHR software and the social services sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall success and retention of a pooled book of accounts via 1:many communications.
• Serve as primary interface to resolve critical situations in pooled accounts.
• Act as Product Knowledge Expert to address customer needs using system functionality and internal experts.
• Collaborate with team to resolve issues and provide solutions.
• Provide consultative guidance and promote best practices to customers.
• Inform customers of new functionality and adoption of features.
• Document status, needs, activities in Salesforce or other CRM tools.
• Maximize product value by upselling add-ons and training services.
• Attend promotional events at industry related conferences.
