Radicle Health is seeking a dynamic Manager, Customer Success to lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers. You will act as an executive sponsor for key accounts, building deep relationships and driving retention and expansion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success or related field.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience with renewal, add-on, and upsell strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers.
• Serve as executive sponsor for key accounts in your team's portfolio.
• Drive renewal and forecasting across the portfolios.
• Collaborate with Training, Implementation, Billing and Support for seamless service delivery.
• Own end-to-end renewal process to ensure on-time renewals and accurate forecasting.
• Aim for strong net revenue retention through renewals, upsell and expansion.
• Attend promotional events at industry conferences.
