Procare HR is hiring a Customer Success Specialist for a remote position. You will join the Client Engagement Team and ensure first-time resolution of delegated tasks, keeping clients informed and reassured about the reliability and quality of Procare's services.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 1–2 years in client support or related roles, and 2–4 years in managing customer relationships, with experience in HRIS (UKG Ready) and CRM systems like Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in managing customer relationships and inquiries.
• Experience with HRIS (UKG Ready) and Salesforce CRM.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, OneNote).
