Job summary

ProCare HR is seeking a Client Success Manager for a fully remote role with occasional travel. You will manage client accounts, optimize HRIS usage (primarily UKG Ready), and ensure smooth payroll, benefits, and compliance operations for senior living providers.

Required are a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in client management and HR-related work; Salesforce and UKG Ready experience are highly valued. We offer comprehensive benefits and a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in client/account management.
• Minimum 3 years of HR-related experience (payroll, benefits, HRIS).
• Experience working with senior living providers (2+ years strongly preferred).
• Proven UKG Ready configuration and optimization experience preferred.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
• Prior experience in PEO/HR Shared Services (preferred).

Your Impact:

As a Client Success Manager at ProcareHR, you'll be the primary point of contact for your clients, managing accounts, overseeing data and services, and ensuring they have the support they need. You’ll assist clients in maximizing their HRIS systems, especially UKG Ready, while helping them streamline HR operations.
