Oceans is seeking a Customer Success Manager to nurture Client/Talent partnerships in a fully remote US role. You will design onboarding flows, guide best practices, and address misalignment to sustain long-term collaboration.

You will work with Client and Talent teams, driving satisfaction and growth in a high-velocity startup environment. You will report to the Head of Customer Success and leverage tools like Hubspot, Slack, and Google Sheets to track progress and ensure smooth operations

• Ability to identify misalignment and design proactive solutions.
