Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years overall professional experience.
• At least 3 years in a Customer Success role within a SaaS technology company.
• Strong relationship management and client-focused mindset.
• Knowledge of key finance processes and how to drive business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers with digital engagement.
• Partner with sales for a seamless transition and onboarding.
• Drive adoption, retention, expansion, and renewal.
• Develop customer relationships and conduct business reviews.
• Identify risks and coordinate with internal teams to mitigate them.
