- Experience driving customer outcomes and renewals.
- Strong relationship management skills with executives.
- Knowledge of finance processes and CPM concepts.
Aufgaben
- Manage a portfolio of customers (approx. 80) in a digital engagement model.
- Partner with Sales for transition and onboarding processes.
- Drive adoption, expansion, retention, and renewal.
- Understand customer contracts and agreements with delivery teams.
- Develop and lead Business Review cadence with customers.
