Job summary

OneStream is seeking a Customer Success Manager for the West Region to guide commercial accounts from onboarding through renewal, expansion, and advocacy. You will partner with Sales, leverage data-driven insights, and collaborate across teams to deliver measurable business outcomes for a diverse portfolio.

This digital-first, remote-friendly role expects occasional in-person meetings in the West. Travel and executive engagement with CFOs/IT leaders are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years overall professional experience.
• Customer Success in SaaS for at least 3 years.
• Ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to complete a comprehensive sales transition process.
• Own adoption, expansion, satisfaction, and renewal for your customers.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and their delivery teams.
• Establish and execute cadence-based business reviews with customers.
• Identify and mitigate risks threatening satisfaction, growth or renewal.
• Promote customer advocacy and cross-functional collaboration.
