OneStream Software is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of 30–35 enterprise customers, guiding onboarding through renewal and growth. You will partner with Sales to uncover upsell opportunities and ensure customers maximize OneStream value.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in professional roles, 5+ years in SaaS customer success, and a strong grasp of financial close, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years in a Customer Success Manager role within SaaS/tech.
• Proven ability to keep customers focused on business outcomes.
• Knowledge of finance processes: Close, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 30–35 enterprise accounts with ARR of $5M–$15M.
• Drive adoption, expansion, satisfaction and renewal; own customer relationships and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and tailor solutions.
