You’ll be part of a proactive Customer Success team that drives revenue growth and customer value. Your role as a Customer Success Manager includes owning a revenue quota, proactively expanding accounts, and guiding customers to adopt monetization features that boost their businesses.

Qualifications

• Experience meeting or exceeding a revenue quota.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities and upsell within existing accounts.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and achieve quarterly revenue targets through upgrades, annual conversions, and new products.
• Consultative selling to understand customer goals and drive value.
• Proactive engagement with customers through meetings, outreach, and campaigns.
• Drive product adoption and monetization by highlighting features that impact revenue.
• Lead 1:1 consultations, group workshops, and product demos to accelerate outcomes.
• Manage high-value accounts through QBRs and ongoing conversations.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate CRM records.
• Advocate for customers with product and support teams to maximize value.
