Job summary

Hubexo North America is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of customer accounts, driving value through onboarding, adoption, engagement, retention, and growth.

The CSM will own renewal planning, manage GRR targets, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Care, Product, Finance, and Revenue Operations to deliver a consistent customer experience throughout the lifecycle. This is a fully remote role for candidates in eligible states.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar B2B role.
• Experience managing a portfolio with renewal responsibility.
• Proven track record meeting retention/renewal targets.
• Experience with SaaS or subscription-based services.
• Strong relationship, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data-driven insights.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts through the lifecycle.
• Lead renewal planning and execution; meet GRR targets.
• Drive product adoption through onboarding and education.
• Monitor health, usage, and satisfaction; address issues.
• Maintain accurate customer data in HubSpot and report KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Care, Product, Finance for value delivery.
