Hubexo North America is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of customer accounts, drive onboarding, adoption, engagement, retention, and growth. This is a revenue-accountable role with GRR targets and renewal ownership.

The CSM will collaborate with Sales, Customer Care, Product, Finance, and Revenue Operations to deliver a consistent customer experience. Remote work is available to eligible states.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar B2B role.
• Demonstrated experience managing a portfolio of customer accounts with responsibility for retention/renewals.
• Proven track record of meeting retention, renewal, or revenue targets.
• Experience with SaaS, subscription-based services, data solutions, or software products.
• Strong understanding of subscription renewals, contract management, and lifecycle management.
• Ability to identify churn risks and develop retention strategies.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience conducting customer business reviews and communicating value to decision-makers.

Aufgaben

• Own and manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop proactive account strategies to drive satisfaction, adoption, retention, and long-term value.
• Lead renewal planning, engagement, and execution with GRR targets in mind.
• Identify accounts at risk and implement retention strategies; maintain renewal forecasts.
• Engage regularly with customers to understand goals, challenges, and evolving needs.
• Coordinate onboarding with internal teams to ensure smooth activation and adoption.
• Monitor health, usage, engagement, and customer satisfaction to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and Revenue Ops to support renewal and expansion.
