Job summary

Hubexo North America seeks a proactive Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio and drive value via onboarding, adoption, engagement, retention, and growth. The CSM owns renewal planning with GRR targets and collaborates with Sales, Customer Care, Product, Finance, and Revenue Operations to deliver a consistent customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar II-B2B role.
• Experience managing a portfolio with renewal responsibility.
• Proven track record in retention and renewal targets.
• Experience with SaaS or subscription-based services.
• Understanding of contract management and customer lifecycle.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of customer accounts throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop account strategies focused on satisfaction, adoption, retention, and long-term value.
• Lead renewal planning, engagement, and execution to achieve GRR targets.
• Identify at-risk accounts and implement retention strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Care, Product, Finance, and Revenue Ops for a seamless experience.
• Conduct regular customer meetings, reviews, and QBRs to demonstrate value.
