Job summary

Hubexo North America is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of customer accounts, drive onboarding, adoption, and sustained value, while owning renewals and GRR targets. This is a 100% remote role with requirement to reside in one of the states; candidate must live in California.

The role collaborates with Sales, Customer Care, Product, Finance, and Revenue Operations to deliver a consistent customer experience and revenue retention.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Success or related B2B role.
• Experience managing a portfolio with retention/renewals responsibility.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding renewal or revenue targets.
• Experience with SaaS or subscription-based services.
• Knowledge of subscription renewals, contract management, and customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage assigned customer accounts through lifecycle.
• Drive onboarding, adoption, and value realization.
• Lead renewal planning, engagement, and execution.
• Maintain renewal forecasts and address revenue risks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Finance to support account growth.
