NuvemRx is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of health‑tech customers, ensuring adoption of our solutions and measurable value. This remote, full‑time role emphasizes data‑driven decisions, cross‑functional collaboration, and proactive engagement to maximize renewal and growth.

This position requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to drive success across multiple stakeholders while supporting a remote, nationwide team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from a selective college or university.
• Experience in customer success or similar roles in healthcare/health tech.
• Ability to travel up to 15–20% of the time.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts simply, including executive-level discussions.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of customers and ensure delivery of measurable outcomes aligned to each client’s goals.
• Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) focused on outcomes, insights, risks, and opportunities.
• Identify and pursue upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Maintain accurate customer records, success plans, health indicators, and opportunity tracking in Salesforce and CS tools.
