• 6+ years in Customer Success for enterprise healthcare organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Own strategic Enterprise healthcare customers post-deployment and drive adoption.
• Develop and execute outcome-driven success plans around ROI and safety.
• Build relationships with clinical, operational, IT, and executive stakeholders.
• Guide post-go-live adoption, optimization, and expansion to realize value.
• Collaborate with Sales and CS leadership to support renewals and growth.
