Owner.com is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager to manage a large, diverse customer portfolio and drive retention in a remote-first environment. You will focus on at-risk accounts, delivering strategic guidance and scale across our Mexican-based team.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in CS/AM, strong English, and experience with CS tools to inform decisions and drive growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Formación

• 2+ years in a Customer Success or Account Management role.
• Full fluency in English: reading, writing, speaking.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a 120+ customer portfolio across all lifecycle stages.
• Engage with at-risk customers to maximize adoption and reduce churn.
• Provide strategic, personalized guidance to improve ROI for customers.
• Collaborate with Launch and Support teams to scale success efforts.
