Hubexo North America is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of customer accounts, driving value via onboarding, product adoption, engagement, retention, and growth.

The role is revenue-accountable with direct responsibility for renewals, GRR targets, and collaboration with Sales, Customer Care, Product, Finance, and Revenue Operations to ensure a consistent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Customer Success or similar B2B role.
• Proven track record in retention & renewals.
• Experience with SaaS, subscription services, or software products.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio of customer accounts throughout lifecycle.
• Develop proactive account strategies for retention and growth.
• Lead renewal planning, engagement, and execution.
• Meet GRR targets and address at-risk accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and Revenue Ops.
• Prepare and conduct QBRs with customers.
• Maintain accurate renewal forecasts in CRM.
