PERSUIT is seeking a Customer Success Manager to partner with North American enterprise clients, guiding them from onboarding through renewal. You will build strategic success plans, advise on outside counsel management, and turn usage data into a compelling value narrative to support renewals and expansions.

The role is fully remote within the United States, with preference for candidates in Eastern, Central, or Mountain time zones.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in SaaS Customer Success, Account Management, consulting, or legal operations.
• Experience managing client relationships or portfolios.
• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and leading high-stakes conversations.

Responsabilités

• Own a portfolio of enterprise clients across the full lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, expansion, renewal.
• Build data-driven success plans and advise on outside counsel management best practices.
• Translate usage and savings data into a clear value story driving renewal/expansion.
• Develop executive sponsorship and multi-threaded relationships across accounts.
• Drive adoption through training, change management, and scalable self-service programs.
• Identify risks and growth opportunities and coordinate with internal experts.
