Job summary

CivilGrid is seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure an exceptional experience for engineering consultancies, municipalities, utilities, and construction firms using our civil design platform.

You’ll lead onboarding during pilots, provide ongoing support, monitor customer health, and collaborate with product and sales to advocate for customer needs and drive platform adoption across projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer or client facing roles, and/or civil engineering.
• Strong technical aptitude, with familiarity in civil design.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, with flexibility for fieldwork and remote engagements.

Responsibilities

• Perform quarterly account reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
• Deploy CivilGrid to new accounts and provide on-site training as needed.
• Respond promptly to customer questions and coordinate with staff to resolve issues.
• Develop dashboards and metrics to monitor customer health and usage.
• Communicate health findings internally and to customers.
• Engage with a wide range of stakeholders from public works to engineers and contractors.
• Manage deployments and build relationships with champions and key customers.
• Drive product usage and account expansion across projects.
• Develop case studies with customers and advocate for their needs.
