Job summary

HelpfulRemote is seeking a hands-on consultant to support one or two dedicated clients using AgileAssets transportation asset management software. You will learn client processes, configure the software to fit needs, resolve issues, and act as the internal voice of the customer while championing product adoption and value.

The role requires a civil engineering, CS, or related degree, 2–4 years of customer-facing SaaS/enterprise software experience, and knowledge of transportation systems such as

Qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering, CS, or related field is required.
• 2–4 years of customer-facing experience in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Knowledge of transportation systems (pavement, bridges, fleets) and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a hands-on consultant embedded with clients using AgileAssets software.
• Learn client processes, configure software to fit needs, resolve issues, and champion product adoption and value.
• Run quarterly business reviews, monitor renewals and account growth, and maintain ongoing client satisfaction; travel about 20%.
