Job summary

CivilGrid is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive an exceptional client experience in the Central US region, with a strong preference for Texas. You’ll own onboarding pilots, ongoing support, and ROI realization for utilities, municipalities, and engineering firms using CivilGrid.

Expect travel up to 50% and hands-on engagement with diverse stakeholders. You will lead quarterly reviews, deploy solutions, and build durable customer partnerships while shaping our playbook and future product

Qualifications

• Experience in customer or client-facing roles.
• Familiarity with civil design concepts is preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work remotely when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly account reviews with customers.
• Deploy CivilGrid to new accounts and provide on-site training.
• Respond quickly to customer questions and coordinate fixes.
• Develop dashboards to monitor customer health.
• Communicate health findings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Engage with engineers, public works officials, and contractors.
• Drive product usage and account expansion across projects.
• Collaborate to create case studies with customers.
• Represent customer needs in product and sales discussions.
• Provide civil engineering expertise as needed.
• Develop and refine the customer success playbook.
