You will manage cross‑product adoption, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, Services, and Product teams to maximize customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 3 years SaaS customer success experience.
• Ability to align customers' business processes with product capabilities.
• Expertise in customer management, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with users and business owners.
• Create a comprehensive Adoption Plan aligned with best practices and KPIs.
• Measure customer value by correlating adoption metrics with KPIs.
• Mitigate churn and drive recurring revenue growth.
• Maintain a 360° view of customer health and engagements.
• Foster internal partnerships with Go to Market teams for accounts.
• Develop tailored communication plans with end users and executives.
• Participate in QBR activities and periodic executive updates.
• Proactively identify expansion opportunities (Cross‑Sell, Upsell).
• Participate in Renewal plays and provide customer feedback to Boeing teams.
