Job summary

Vehlo is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the post-onboarding journey for Shop Boss clients. You will be the primary relationship owner for tire dealers and auto repair shops, driving retention, expansion, and overall health of your book of business.

In this role you will build trusted advisor relationships, surface needs, and drive feature adoption across the Shop Boss product suite while delivering training and ensuring a smooth handoff from onboarding through steady state.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in Customer Success, Customer Support or client-facing SaaS roles.
• Excellent communication over phone, video, and email.
• Self-directed and comfortable working remotely in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted advisor relationships with shop owners and managers.
• Regular proactive touchpoints to surface needs and ROI.
• Monitor customer health scores and usage signals to identify at-risk accounts.
