Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Client Success, account management or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Multiplier.
• Proven ability to manage relationships and retain customers.
• Experience with onboarding, retention and renewals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Comfortable using CRM and customer management platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Willing to work Australian business hours.

Aufgaben

• Maintain strong relationships with customers throughout their journey.
• Lead onboarding and ensure smooth transition to ongoing support.
• Serve as main contact for assigned customers.
• Monitor engagement, satisfaction, and account health.
• Identify and address customer concerns to prevent churn.
• Handle queries, issues, and escalations professionally.
• Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with customers.
• Support retention and renewals.
• Identify opportunities to improve experience and adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Operations to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activities.
• Track and report customer success metrics and feedback.
