D2B is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join a remote team supporting Australian clients. You will build long-term client relationships, drive engagement, and ensure customers derive value from the product or service.

The role requires 3+ years in customer-facing roles, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a remote setting. This is a full-time, remote position with flexible hours aligned to Australian business time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Client Success, Account Management, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Multiplier.
• Proven experience managing customer relationships and renewals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment and during Australian business hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout their journey.
• Lead customer onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing support.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers.
• Monitor customer engagement, satisfaction, and overall account health.
• Proactively identify and address customer concerns, risks, and potential churn.
• Handle customer queries, issues, and escalations professionally and promptly.
• Conduct regular customer check-ins and follow-ups.
• Support customer retention and renewals.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and product adoption.
• Work with Sales, Support, Product, and Operations to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM and track key metrics.
