Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Customer Success Manager role.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills with a neutral or excellent speaking accent.
• Highly adaptable to new platforms and digital workflows.

Responsibilities

• First Point of Contact: Act as the primary liaison for all client inquiries across email, text, and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
• Escalation & Resolution: Handle client escalations quickly, resolve issues, and update internal platforms accordingly.
• Onboarding & Meetings: Support onboarding processes and assist during scheduled client meetings.
• Proactive Follow-Ups: Conduct outbound follow-up calls when additional assistance is needed and address issues early before they escalated.
• Script & Process Management: Receive training to fully manage client call processes and script updates via a CRM Script Editor.
• Independent Ownership: Work independently and consistently meet expectations without requiring micromanagement.
