Five Star Bath Solutions is hiring a Customer Success Manager to build strong client relationships, confirm appointments, and manage calendars from a home office with occasional local office days.

You will support the client journey, collaborate with sales and operations, and drive improvements while residing in the Austin, San Antonio, or Hill Country area. This role offers incentives and flexible work-from-home options.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Confirm appointments with clients via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update client information in our database.
• Manage the calendar and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and provide feedback for process improvement.
