Qualifications

• 5-8 years in customer success, account management, or consulting within B2B SaaS; proven track record delivering measurable outcomes
• Exceptional stakeholder orchestration across multi-layered organisations
• Strategic thinker with bias to action and data-driven decision making
• Technical fluency to engage credibly in configuration-level conversations and with Solution Architects

Responsabilités

• Own post-implementation customer journeys for a portfolio of accounts, driving adoption and ROI
• Monitor customer health and orchestrate interventions before churn risks emerge
• Lead QBRs to demonstrate ROI, identify expansion opportunities and strengthen executive relationships
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments and build trusted relationships across IT, ops, and service leadership
• Facilitate adoption activities (workshops, training, change management) to convert user resistance into platform advocacy
• Identify and qualify expansion opportunities; own or support renewal processes to achieve NRR targets
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Professional Services, Support, Product, and Sales
• Automate workflows and implement AI-driven approaches to improve scale and efficiency
• Develop repeatable playbooks and contribute to evolving CS methodology
