Zeta Global is seeking a Customer Success Manager to serve as a strategic advisor for a portfolio of clients, driving adoption of the Zeta Marketing Platform (ZMP) and generating measurable business outcomes. You will partner with marketing teams to develop engagement strategies and own retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities.

The role requires strong relationship skills, experience in digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or digital marketing.
• Experience with email and digital marketing programs.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms.
• Familiarity with customer journey development and lifecycle marketing strategies.
• Experience managing multi-channel or omnichannel marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Lead strategic client engagement across data-driven marketing strategies.
