Cyera is recruiting a Customer Success Engineer to optimize customer utilization and ROI of the Cyera Platform. The role includes 25–50% travel and direct client engagement to improve adoption and satisfaction.
Responsibilities include acting as the technical expert, advising customers, driving onboarding, and shaping joint success plans. Excellent communication and a proactive, autonomous work style are essential.
Qualifications
- Associates degree or higher required, CS degree a plus.
- 12 years of project management experience with ability to lead multiple projects.
- Startup experience in fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and retention.
- Experience with Development teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical expert on the Cyera Platform.
- Advise customers from practitioners to executives.
- Drive adoption through onboarding and training.
- Design and deliver customized use cases to align with goals.
- Ensure customers realize full value and maximize ROI.
- Lead ongoing customer engagement and expansion.
- Identify and resolve blockers affecting customer success.
- Participate in customer quarterly business reviews.
