GitLab is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for the Public Sector to help U.S. government and public sector customers realize meaningful outcomes with the GitLab DevSecOps platform.

You will turn pre-sales plans into actionable objectives and guide adoption, retention, and growth across a portfolio of accounts. You will coordinate with Support, Product, Engineering, Sales and Professional Services to ensure customer success while staying current on product releases and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success or similar role.
• Ability to translate business outcomes into objectives.
• Familiarity with Git, branching strategies, and CI/CD.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Guide Public Sector customers through adoption of the GitLab DevSecOps platform.
• Translate pre-sales plans into measurable objectives for customers.
• Coordinate with Support, Product, Engineering, Sales and Professional Services.
• Own a defined book of business to drive adoption, retention and growth.
• Stay current on GitLab releases and enable customers on new features.
