Job summary

Cardata is seeking a Customer Success Associate to support customer programs through reporting, analysis and audits. You’ll work with Customer Success Operations and CSMs to deliver accurate analysis that informs renewals and expansion conversations.

This role is a great path toward becoming a future CSM. Based in Ontario, this position emphasizes data literacy, reporting tooling mastery, and strong collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in an operations, reporting or data‑focused role.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel: cleaning, comparing data, pivot tables, formulas.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CSMs to understand renewal/goals and data needs.
• Become expert in Cardata’s reporting tools and prepare accurate reports.
• Use Excel to clean, analyze, and verify program data.
• Prepare mileage band audits and rate analyses for program assessment.
• Interpret findings with CSMs and shape recommendations for customer impact.
• Create ad hoc reports and document recurring reporting needs.
