Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a remote Customer Success Manager to nurture and expand relationships within existing healthcare accounts across analytics projects. You will guide onboarding through renewal, partnering with Business Development to identify expansion opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, retention, and driving value with evidence-based insights for oncology, immunology and urology clients. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting account expansion, renewals, or customer retention initiatives.
• Exposure to healthcare data, analytics, or real-world evidence (RWE) preferred.
• Understanding of Commercial Analytics and RWE/HEOR methodologies, particularly in oncology, immunology, and urology therapy areas.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a business partner for assigned existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction with delivery of analytics and insights projects.
• Develop, nurture, and strengthen long–term customer relationships through proactive engagement and consultative partnership.
• Drive account growth through expansion of existing engagements, identifying opportunities for additional analyses, services, or follow–on work.
• Own and support client renewal processes, including data subscriptions and ongoing service agreements.
• Translate data and analytics outputs into actionable business insights and strategic customer recommendations.
