Job summary

Sun Chemical is seeking a Customer Service Account Analyst to remotely support North America customer accounts. You'll coordinate orders, communicate updates, and partner with Sales, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to resolve issues efficiently.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in B2B customer service, strong communication skills, and experience with SAP or similar ERP systems. The role carries a Monday–Friday schedule, EST, and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in a business-to-business environment servicing internal and external customers
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to use critical thinking to solve problems or generate ideas
• Ability to prioritize customer demands and manage multiple requests with attention to detail
• Excellent level of proficiency in business communication (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts
• Enter orders accurately and efficiently
• Escalate issues when appropriate
• Communicate order changes and future orders with customers
• Build strong relationships with customers, Sales, and other Sun Chemical functions
• Handle contacts from various channels (email, phone, chat)
• Identify potential issues and resolve proactively
• Monitor open orders and shipments and related data
