Job summary

Sun Chemical is seeking a Customer Service Account Analyst to support North America customer accounts from a remote location. You will act as the liaison between Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Product Management and Logistics to resolve issues, process orders and communicate changes.

Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of accounts, entering orders accurately, escalating when needed, and building strong relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure exceptional service

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in a B2B environment servicing internal and external customers.
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize requests and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts.
• Enter orders accurately and communicate order changes.
• Escalate issues as needed and liaise with Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics.
• Monitor orders and shipments and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams.
