A leading IT asset disposition company is seeking an Account Specialist to support and manage customer accounts with the aim of delivering exceptional service. This role is crucial in coordinating between customers and internal teams to ensure timely communication and service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service or account coordination, strong skills in CRM and ERP systems, and a desire to contribute to process improvements. This is a full-time remote position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service or account coordination.
• Competence in CRM, ERP, and Microsoft Office is required.
• Experience with customer portals and online collaboration tools is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and manage customer contracts in CRM/ERP systems.
• Provide administrative support including data entry and scheduling.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill customer requests.
• Monitor performance against customer contracts and recommend improvements.
