Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Customer Marketing, Customer Advocacy, Content Strategy, Product Marketing, or related field.
• Ability to create compelling customer-facing content that drives engagement and business impact.
• Experience working with senior customer stakeholders and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Customer Storytelling Strategy with Head of Customer Marketing.
• Own end-to-end customer story pipeline: identify, interview, develop content, approvals, publication, activation.
• Develop processes for participation, permissions, approvals, advocacy tracking, and reference management.
• Translate platform, AI, automation, data, and cloud capabilities into credible business narratives.
• Create assets: case studies, videos, executive interviews, presentations, one-pagers, testimonials, keynote content, awards.
