Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a Customer Stories Lead to execute a customer storytelling and advocacy strategy in partnership with the Head of Customer Marketing.

This role will own the day-to-day operation and activation of a high-impact customer stories program, transforming customer successes into compelling narratives that strengthen the Siemens brand, accelerate sales, support product marketing, and cultivate customer advocates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Customer Marketing, Customer Advocacy, Content Strategy, or related field.
• Experience developing customer stories for B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or AI.
• Ability to translate complex platform and data capabilities into business value for enterprise audiences.
• Experience working with senior customer stakeholders and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute the customer storytelling, advocacy, and reference strategy.
• Own the end-to-end customer story pipeline from identification to publication.
• Develop processes for participation, permissions, approvals, advocacy tracking, and reference management.
• Create and oversee assets: case studies, videos, executive interviews, testimonials, and more.
• Collaborate with Brand, Product Marketing, Communications, and Field teams to activate stories across channels.
• Support Sales and Customer Advocacy with referenceable customers and proof points.
