What You’ll Do

As a Remote Insurance Representative , you’ll combine customer service, relationship building, benefits education, and consultative sales while working in a fully virtual environment.

Client Service & Consultations

• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
• Connect with individuals and families seeking information about available benefits
• Learn about each client’s needs, priorities, and financial protection goals
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options clearly
• Answer questions regarding coverage, benefits, and policy features
• Provide needs-based recommendations
• Guide clients through applications and enrollment
• Assist with required documentation

Ongoing Client Support

• Build long-term relationships through professionalism and exceptional service
• Conduct policy reviews when appropriate
• Assist clients with beneficiary updates and service requests
• Maintain timely follow-up communication
